Guest accommodation (unless stated otherwise) is charged on a per night basis and price is based on one person per room, all bedding is provided. We do not have cooking facilities available for guests to use but you are able to heat food up as we have a couple of microwaves for use in the common spaces. Payment is expected at time of making reservation.
Cancellations
- If cancelled with less than two (2) days notice the client is liable for 100% of total cost.
- If cancelled between seven (7) and two (2) days notice the client is liable for 50% of total cost.
- If cancelled between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days notice the client is liable for 25% of total cost.
Check In & Out
Check in time is from 2:00pm onwards. We can change arrival time by arrangement with the College. We have staff on duty for late arrivals.
Check out time is strictly no later than 10:00am on the day of departure.
