The Perinatal and Maternal Mortality Review Committee (PMMRC) is bound by the legislation and obligations set out in Section 82 and Schedule 5 of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022.

This legislation restricts the collection, use, disclosure and handling of mortality data. You are entitled to access this website for the sole purpose of reporting information to the PMMRC.

This requires you to agree that you will not disclose any information to any person other than in accordance with the provisions of the Act, or unless otherwise authorised in accordance with law or as required by law. And understand that if you do disclose any information to any person other than in accordance with the provisions of the Act you may be liable, on summary conviction, to a fine up to $10,000.
